Privacy Notice
Pastor's Heart Counseling collects information you provide when you complete an assessment, create an account, purchase a service, schedule a session, send a message, or contact support. This can include contact information, assessment responses, payment status, scheduling details, and communications with Pastor's Heart or your assigned counselor.
We use this information to match you with appropriate support, process payments, operate your dashboard, communicate next steps, provide customer support, improve the platform, and meet legal, safety, and compliance obligations. We do not sell client personal information.
Counseling communications and related personal information are handled with confidentiality safeguards. Pastor's Heart uses third-party service providers for authentication, payments, secure hosting, email, messaging, analytics, and scheduling. These providers are used only as needed to operate the platform and deliver services.
If you use a private crisis-support intake, Pastor's Heart uses the contact, location, requested-support, immediate-safety, and consent information you provide only to review the request, contact you, determine which forms of support may be available, and maintain required safety and audit records. Individual requests are not shared with an employer or partner organization. Access is limited to authorized Pastor's Heart staff, and records are retained only as long as needed for these purposes and applicable legal obligations.
Pastor's Heart is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. If you are in mental health crisis, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
To request access, correction, deletion, or support with your information, contact support@pastorsheart.online.
