Someone comes to you after service. A marriage is coming apart. A father died three weeks ago and nobody has slept since. A teenager is not okay. You sit with them, you pray with them, and then you reach the honest edge of what one pastor and one week can hold.
That is not a failure of your ministry. It is the point at which somebody trained for exactly this should already be waiting — and your leadership should already know their name.
We want to come alongside the local church, not replace it. The person stays yours. We simply carry the part that needs a counselor.

Pastors carry what nobody else in the building sees. Your staff and their families can be counseled here too.
Insurance and self-pay options
Insurance is reviewed as its own lane, with eligible counseling delivered by an appropriately licensed provider. Self-pay is always available.

What We Believe
You are deciding whether to send people you have shepherded for years to someone you have not met. You should be able to read exactly what we hold to. Every counselor who serves here affirms this before taking a single client.
The Nature of God
We believe in one true and living God who exists eternally in three distinct persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—equal in power, glory, and divinity.
Humanity
We believe that every person is created in the image of God.
Salvation Through Christ Alone
We believe that our only hope of salvation is Jesus Christ, the virgin-born Son of God, who took upon Himself the penalty for our sin through His death on the cross, and who rose bodily from the grave. Through faith in Him as Savior and Lord, we are forgiven, redeemed, and restored to God.
The Return of Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ will personally, visibly, and gloriously return to earth to fulfill His promises and establish His everlasting kingdom.
The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit lives within every believer, empowering, guiding, and transforming them to live a holy and God-honoring life.
The Church
We believe the universal Church is the Body of Christ, made up of all who have been spiritually reborn through faith in Him. The Church is called to proclaim the gospel to all people and to encourage, disciple, and build up believers in love and truth.
What This Costs Your Church
Nothing. There is no fee for your church to establish this referral relationship.
That does not mean all counseling is free. When one of your members begins private counseling, that care is paid for through insurance or self-pay depending on the counselor and the service. We walk each person through what applies to them before anything is decided, and we never quote a cost before their own benefits have been properly reviewed.
Nobody from Pastor's Heart will ever ask your church for a budget line, a building, or a platform announcement you did not offer.
