Currently at capacity — we will match you with a counselor who is available.

Jacob Williams is an Integrative Christian Pastoral Counselor, speaker, consultant, workshop creator, missionary, husband, father of three, and honorably medically discharged U.S. Army veteran. He combines theological training, pastoral care, counseling experience, military service, and lived resilience to help individuals, families, couples, youth, churches, nonprofits, veterans, and first responders pursue Christ-centered healing, integration, restoration, and purpose. Jacob served in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Infantryman and deployed to Iraq, where he was awarded the Combat Infantryman Badge and Purple Heart. His background includes Airborne training, Ranger Indoctrination Program, Javelin weapons training, protective operations, and service in high-intensity environments. After a combat injury and medical discharge, his calling was shaped by recovery, faith in Christ, and a desire to serve those carrying visible and invisible wounds. Jacob has served across pastoral counseling, Christian counseling, leadership development, public speaking, program creation, and community engagement. While he is not a licensed clinical counselor, he has counseled individuals, families, couples, and youth through pastoral, faith-based, and integrative care settings. He values walking with young people, families, veterans, and first responders as they navigate identity, trauma, faith, emotional health, relationships, and purpose. Jacob has helped design whole-person, integrative care programs focused on healing, restoration, and reintegration. His work includes developing care content, strengthening partnerships, advising leaders, supporting participants, and helping organizations build sustainable care models. Since 2011, he has served as a youth pastor, junior high pastor, young adult pastor, associate pastor, chapel speaker, ministry speaker, and pastoral counselor. Jacob holds a Master of Theology from Gateway Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Theology from California Baptist University. He is pursuing two additional master's in Christian counseling and divinity, with training in EFT, pastoral counseling, mental health coaching, trauma coaching, crisis response, and advanced Christian counseling. His leadership posture is rooted in “chief servant” leadership: humble, courageous, collaborative, and committed to the flourishing of others.
