I hold a Master’s in Christian Counseling from Gateway Seminary and specialize in working with individuals and couples. With over 15 years of ministry experience, I believe healing often begins when we feel safe enough to be truly seen, heard, and understood. In our counseling sessions, I hope to create a space where you can slow down, become curious about what is happening beneath the surface, and explore the patterns that may be leaving you feeling stuck or disconnected whether its from yourself, God or others. I believe our emotions and relationships often reveal deeper longings for connection, safety, and belonging, and that understanding these deeper needs can be an important part of the healing process. I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with biblical truth, allowing my faith to shape the way I approach each person with compassion, dignity, and hope. Whether we are working through individual struggles or relational challenges, I want to meet you where you are while helping you move toward greater emotional awareness, healthier relationships, and deeper connection with yourself, others, and God. My hope is that counseling becomes more than simply addressing a problem. I want it to be a place where you can experience the courage to be known, the freedom to grow, and the hope that healing and meaningful change are possible.
