Pastor's Heart pays approved affiliates for referring new clients through tracked referral links.

The goal of the program is simple: help people find faith-centered care, and reward trusted partners who make that introduction.

Approved affiliates earn $30 per client signup across commissionable plans.

Private counseling subscription plans pay $30 recurring each month while the referred client remains active and billing continues successfully.

Marriage Bootcamp pays $30 one-time after the payment clears.

Fellowship Room referrals do not earn commissions.

Pastor's Heart uses a 30-day cookie from the referral click.

A client must sign up and complete payment within that 30-day window for the referral to be attributed to the affiliate.

Payouts are processed on the 1st of every month for the prior month's earned commissions.

The minimum payout threshold is $30.

Commissions must clear a 30-day holding period before they become eligible for payout.

If a referred client receives a refund, the associated commission is reversed.

If a subscription is cancelled, future recurring commissions stop.

Represent Pastor's Heart with integrity and honesty.

Do not make false or exaggerated claims about services, results, or outcomes.

Do not use spam, misleading ads, or deceptive promotional practices.

Do not bid on "Pastor's Heart" branded keywords in paid advertising.

Disclose your affiliate relationship in line with FTC guidelines.

Approve or reject any application.

Deactivate any affiliate for violation of these terms.

Modify commission rates with 30 days notice.

Terminate the affiliate program at any time.

This is a good-faith partnership, not a legal employment contract.

Affiliates are independent partners, not employees or contractors of Pastor's Heart.
